As part of Disney's Nature channel, this movie is about the life of a ting flamingo, newly born and vulnerable to the wilderness. Disney's team follow this infant bird throughout its life and the perils it must over come to survive. Set in the Tanzanian Lake Natron in Africa, it is a distant place with all the challenges animals face in the wild.
Somewhat similar to the BBC's Natural History channel or even National Geographic channel, it offers a unique perspective into the plight of this rare species and is more of an informative movie than actual cartoon classic.
The theme tunes in the background are compiled by the Cinematic Orchestra which originated in the UK in the late 90s.
